Substitutions

Occasionally, our Suppliers experience temporary shortages. Village Gift Company will always substitute equivalent or superior quality products.

Warning: While our suppliers make every effort to ensure that only the ingredients shown are included in your gift, it is very likely that your gift ingredients may have been processed using equipment that has traces of a variety of nut, fruit, grain or dairy products. If your potential recipient or others that might consume the gifts are highly allergic to common food products, for their safety, we highly recommend that you order one of our non-food gifts"

Cancellation and Return Policy

We take great pride in beginning our processing of your order as soon as it is received, so we are unable to accept cancellations, once you have placed your order with us. Due to the majority of our gift baskets containing food products, gift baskets are not returnable and all sales are final. However, we will replace any items broken during shipping.  Please note that we are not responsible if your recipient does not like the theme of the gift or the taste of the food.

 

Shipping Address & Redelivery Charges

Please double check your shipping address. Redelivery charges will apply to orders requiring reshipment due to incorrect delivery information provided during the checkout process. Examples are the following but not limited to: missing apartment numbers, wrong zip code, missing company name, wrong street address, wrong city, or refusal to accept packages, etc. This charge is usually between $15-$20 per gift basket and will be automatically charged to your credit card by Village Gift Company upon shipping change notification from the shipping service we use . These charges are NOT REVERSABLE and will not be able to be refunded.

Village Gift Company will not be held responsible for shipping delays which result from processing issues on the part of UPS, Fed Ex or USPS or other circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to weather delays, labor strikes, natural disasters, etc. During peak holiday seasons, delivery times are not guaranteed by UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS so please place your order allowing additional time for shipping.

 

May-September: A $5 charge will be added to chocolate orders for cold pack to insure product quality during shipping
